Dr Natascha Putri is a general surgeon at Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore.
She treats head and neck cancers as well as other conditions including thyroid and parathyroid conditions, parotid and other salivary gland conditions, melanoma and skin cancers, lymph node cancer, nasopharyngeal (nose) cancer, oral cavity and throat cancers, and nasoendoscopy and endoscopic gastrostomy procedures. She also does general surgery for benign and malignant disease including hernia, gallstones and haemorrhoids (piles), and health screenings including esophago-gastroduodenoscopy (OGD) and colonoscopy.
Dr Putri was a former consultant head and neck surgeon with the division of surgery and surgical oncology at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) and the Singapore General Hospital. She is currently a visiting consultant at NCCS and the National University Centre for Oral Health.
She graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and pursued subspecialty clinical training at SingHealth-Duke NUS Head and Neck Centre, concomitantly with the International Federation of Head and Neck Oncologic Societies’ global online fellowship programme. She also completed a clinical fellowship at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, USA. While at NCCS, she spearheaded the telemedicine video consultation services.
Dr Putri was a clinical tutor at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and a clinical assistant professor at Duke-NUS Medical School. She was also appointed physician faculty of the SingHealth general surgery residency programme.
She is a recipient of several Singapore Health Quality Service Awards and the SingHealth Long Service Award.
