Dr Tanujaa Rajasekaran is a medical oncologist at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore.
She is experienced in general medical oncology, with subspecialty interests in the management of lung, genitourinary, head and neck cancers, and geriatric oncology.
Prior to joining private practice, Dr Tanujaa was a consultant at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) and medical director at Changi General Hospital’s oncology unit.
She graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Thereafter, she obtained her master’s from NUS and membership of the Royal College of Physicians, UK. Subsequently, she went on to complete her specialist training in medical oncology at NCCS. She has been practising medicine for more than 15 years.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr Tanujaa is actively involved in medical education. She was a core faculty member of the medical oncology senior residency programme and a clinical lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS. She was also an assistant professor at Duke-NUS Medical School.
She has published in several internationally renowned journals.
She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, European Society of Medical Oncology and International Society of Geriatric Oncology (SIOG). She is also Singapore’s national representative for SIOG.
Dr Tanujaa has received numerous awards including the SingHealth Quality Service awards.
