父母必备的 8 项急救技能

鹰阁医院急诊科驻院医师Sangeetha Isaac医生建议家长在孩子受伤时如何做好准备。
您还记得小时候受伤的情景吗？您的父母似乎知道该怎么做--他们要么冷静地包扎伤口，要么立即将您送往医院。儿童受伤占急诊就诊人数的37%，因此父母了解如何在紧急情况下采取行动的基本知识非常重要。由于45%的伤害发生在家中，因此作为家长，立即采取行动可以预防未来的并发症，甚至挽救孩子的生命。
以下是儿童常遇到的 8 种意外情况，以及如何有效处理这些情况的小贴士。
1. 擦伤、割伤和撕裂伤（包括严重出血）
用流动的水清洗伤口。将患肢抬高至心脏水平以上，持续按压止血。然后在伤口上涂抹消毒膏或喷剂。
如果伤口较大或较深，请带您的孩子去全科医生或急诊室缝合线。
2. 过敏反应
识别严重过敏反应的征兆，如呼吸困难、舌头和喉咙肿胀、眼部发痒或肿胀、皮肤出现斑点、感到恐慌以及休克征兆。清除过敏触发区域或让孩子离开该区域，然后帮助他们舒适地坐下，身体略微前倾以帮助呼吸。
如果症状严重，请按照说明使用 EpiPen，并拨打急救电话。
3. 烧伤和烫伤
对于小面积的浅表烫伤，可将患处浸入冷水中或放在流动的水龙头下。然后用消毒剂清洗，并用无粘性的干敷料包扎。不要在伤口上涂抹药膏或其他传统疗法，如药粉、牙膏或果冻，因为它们可能会刺激烧伤或烫伤，导致进一步感染。
对于明显的烫伤，请先用干净的床单和毯子包裹患处，然后再带孩子去急诊。
4. 窒息
使用海姆立克急救法防止窒息。具体做法是：
- 将拳头稍稍放在肚脐上方，另一只手部握住拳头。
- 用快速抽动的方式向内和向上推孩子的腹部，直到他们排出物体或反应迟钝。
- 寻求医疗救助。
但是请注意，海姆立克急救法不推荐给 1 岁以下的孩子使用：
- 一手托住头部，一手托住躯干，前臂抵住大腿，使其面部朝下。
- 用另一只手的脚跟在肩胛骨之间拍打最多 5 次背部。
- 如果物体没有排出，将婴儿面部朝上翻转，同时用手支撑其头部后部，将 2 个手指放在乳头线下方的胸骨上方。
- 胸部用力拍打 5 次，大约每秒 1 次，每次拍打深度约为 1.5 英寸。
- 继续循环拍打背部 5 次，胸部用力 5 次，直到物体排出或婴儿没有反应为止。
- 就医。
5. 骨折
用布包着冷敷患处，以缓解肿胀和疼痛。将孩子送往急诊室时，要稳定伤处并保持受伤肢体的姿势。
6. 头部受伤
对受伤部位进行冷敷，以减轻肿胀。继续观察孩子的状况。如果他们呼吸异常、呕吐、耳朵和鼻子出血、看起来昏昏欲睡或失去知觉，请立即带他们到急诊室就诊。
7. 意外中毒
立即就医。如果孩子失去知觉，请呼叫救护车，并将他们放在腹部，以免呕吐时吸入呕吐物和从中吸入器。不要试图给孩子服用任何家庭药方或解毒剂，也不要试图用手指堵住他们的嘴。
您可能也想把毒药装在容器里带到急诊室或诊所，因为医生可能会觉得参考摄入的化学物质的实际成分会有帮助。
8. 热性惊厥发作
在孩子癫痫发作时，移走孩子身边任何可能伤害到他们的物品，如玩具或毯子。逐渐降低孩子的体温。不要使用可能会吓到他们的湿毯子，而是考虑打开任何风扇或空调，或打开任何窗户。
癫痫发作结束后，您应该帮助孩子侧卧休息，头部后仰。
预防儿童受伤
大多数儿童伤害都是可以预防的，"预防胜于治疗"。以下是您可以采取的一些措施，以尽量减少孩子受伤的风险：
- 确保危险物品在孩子够不着的地方。
- 增加安全措施和儿童防护措施，如厨房入口处的大门、窗花、关门保护器以及尖角处的护角。
- 密切监护孩子，尤其是在户外玩耍时，以防受伤。
- 为幼儿提供适合其年龄的游戏，以尽量减少受伤的可能性。
虽然遵循这些提示有助于防止严重受伤，但家长需要明白，意外总会发生。不过，通过采取正确的措施，许多儿童受伤的情况可以先在家里得到稳定，然后再带您的孩子去看全科医生。建议您准备好简单的急救知识，一旦不幸发生意外，您可以成为孩子的第一医疗联系人。
