Chng Nai Wee 医生是新加坡伊丽莎白医院、伊丽莎白诺维娜医院、鹰阁医院和百汇东岸医院的眼科（眼部）专科医生。他的临床意义在于复杂的白内障和屈光性白内障手术、眼睑手术、激光近视手术和老花眼治疗。
Chng Nai Wee 医生于 1993 年以优异成绩毕业于爱尔兰皇家外科医师学会 (Royal College of Surgeons) 和爱尔兰国立大学 (National University of Ireland)，主修内科、外科和产科。他获得了儿童医院 (The Children’s Hospital) 颁发的 Gold Medal、French O'Carroll Medal for Best Essay，并取得了全科医学第一名的好成绩。他在美国外国医学毕业生考试 (United States Foreign Medical Graduates Examinations) 中获得了正式证书，并在新加坡、香港和爱尔兰拥有正式执业资格。

Chng 医生曾获得新加坡-马来西亚眼科会议 (Singapore-Malaysia Ophthalmology Meeting) 颁发的 Best Research Paper Award，并在美国白内障与屈光手术医师学会 (American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons) 和欧洲白内障与屈光手术医师学会 (European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons) 上发表了有关老花眼多焦点镜片和非球面镜片的临床研究论文。2009 年，程医生加入鹰眼中心，担任美容手术和综合眼部手术主任。
