了解胆管结石

胆总管结石可能是导致中青年阻塞性黄疸的最常见原因，但通过微创手术，可以快速、轻松地治疗这些结石。
胆管是将肝脏分泌的胆汁输送到十二指肠的细小管道，十二指肠是小肠的第一部分。我们在谈论身体时可能很少提到它们，但胆汁有助于消化食物中的脂肪。胆汁的颜色从黄色到绿色不等，它还能使我们排出的粪便着色。胆汁由肝脏产生并储存在胆囊中。
食物进入小肠后，胆囊收缩将胆汁输送到十二指肠。有时，在胆囊中形成的结石会掉入胆管，造成堵塞。结果就会出现黄疸或眼部黄染的状况，尿液也会变成茶色。
胆管结石是如何形成的？
胆管中的结石实际上并不起源于胆管。相反，它们是在胆囊中形成的胆结石，浓稠的胆汁在胆囊中形成淤泥，然后硬化成结石。胆结石的大小不一，小的如谷粒，大的如高尔夫球。
虽然大多数胆结石不会引起症状，但它们会从胆囊进入胆管。当这种情况发生时，就会出现胆总管结石，俗称胆管结石。
以下因素会增加您患胆结石的风险：
- 40 岁或以上
- 患有糖尿病
- 有胆结石家族史
- 性别为女性
- 高脂肪饮食
- 肥胖症
- 怀孕
- 快速减肥
- 服用避孕药
胆管结石有哪些症状？
胆管结石会引起右上腹疼痛，疼痛多在饭后感觉到。
如果结石导致胆管堵塞，还会引起以下症状：
- 大便呈粘土色
- 深茶色尿液
- 发热
- 食欲不振
- 恶心和呕吐
- 持续性剧烈腹痛
- 皮肤和眼部发黄
如何诊断胆管结石？
当怀疑有胆管结石时，医生可以要求进行成像测试，以观察胆囊和胆管的情况。这些检查包括超声波、计算机断层扫描（CT 扫描）和磁共振成像（MRI）。
ERCP的作用
内窥镜逆行胰胆管造影术（ERCP）是一种让医生将内窥镜从口腔进入十二指肠，然后诊断并取出胆管结石的手术。
手术前，医生会嘱咐您不要进食或喝水。手术是在镇静剂作用下进行的，当您醒来时，您将对发生的一切毫无印象。手术过程中或手术后应该不会有任何疼痛或不适。
在ERCP过程中，医生会向胆管内注射染料，以确定结石的位置。随后，医生会用篮子或气球将结石从镜中取出。
手术大约需要 30-60 分钟。一旦镇静剂的药效消失，您就可以回家了。
什么时候应该看医生？
如果您的腹部出现任何不适，请咨询医生以获得准确的诊断和治疗方案。尤其是出现以下症状时：
- 腹部疼痛，尤其是在进食后
- 茶色尿液或浅色粪便
- 皮肤或眼部发黄
