关于国药集团 COVID-19 疫苗接种的 5 个注意事项

继 Sinovac 疫苗之后，国药集团的 BBIBP-CorV 疫苗现已获准在新加坡的私人诊所根据特别准入途径使用，以预防 COVID-19 病毒。以下是关于国药集团疫苗接种的 5 点须知。
1. 国药集团疫苗是首个获得世界卫生组织（WHO）批准的中国制造疫苗
国药控股 COVID-19 疫苗 BBIBP-CorV 于 2020 年 12 月获得中国国家医药产品监督管理局批准使用，并于 2021 年 5 月获得世界卫生组织批准紧急使用。
该疫苗由北京生物制品研究所（BBIBP）研制，是首支获世界卫生组织批准紧急使用的中国产 COVID-19 疫苗。它也是首个获批的由非西方国家研发的 COVID-19 疫苗。Sinovac 的 CoronaVac 疫苗是第二种。
迄今为止，国药集团的 BBIBP-CorV 疫苗已接种超过 10 亿剂。该疫苗还获准在全球 50 多个国家使用。目前，该疫苗正在埃及和阿联酋等中东国家以及阿根廷和秘鲁等南美国家进行三期试验。
BBIBP-CorV 疫苗接种两剂，建议两剂之间间隔 3 周。与 Sinovac 疫苗类似，建议 18 岁及以上、对疫苗中任何成分均无严重过敏反应史的人接种。还需要进一步的研究来证明它对患有其他疾病的人、孕妇和 60 岁以上的人预防严重 COVID-19 疾病的功效。不过，由于该疫苗可能对老年人具有保护作用，而且老年人和年轻人在安全性方面不太可能存在差异，因此没有为该疫苗设定年龄上限。
2. 国药集团的 BBIBP-CorV 疫苗和 Sinovac 的 CoronaVac 疫苗均为灭活疫苗
与采用 mRNA 技术的辉瑞-生物技术公司/Cominarty 和 Moderna 疫苗不同，国产疫苗是灭活疫苗，使用的是已杀死的 COVID-19 病毒颗粒。在这些疫苗中，病毒颗粒表面的尖峰蛋白被完整地保留下来，以触发人体免疫系统产生抗体，在人感染 COVID-19 活病毒时起到保护作用。
灭活疫苗是一种久经考验的疫苗技术，被用于其他成熟的疫苗中，如流感疫苗和乙型肝炎疫苗。
3. 国药集团的疗效： 与 Sinovac CoronaVac 和辉瑞-生物技术/Cominarty COVID-19 疫苗的比较
多国三期试验证明，国药集团的 COVID-19 疫苗在预防无症状感染方面的有效率为 79%。而 Sinovac 的疫苗接种率为 51%，辉瑞-生物技术公司/科明纳公司的 COVID-19 疫苗接种率为 95%。
要证明 BBIBP-CorV 对 COVID-19 变种的有效性，还需要更多的研究。
4. 报告的国药集团疫苗接种副作用大多为轻度至中度
国药集团疫苗最常见的副作用是注射部位疼痛、头痛和疲劳。不过，有 2 种严重的副作用可能与疫苗有关，即严重恶心和急性播散性脑脊髓炎，这是一种涉及大脑和脊髓炎症的神经障碍。
5. 与 mRNA 疫苗相比，它更容易储存
由于mRNA分子的脆弱性，mRNA疫苗需要长期在零度以下的环境中保存。相比之下，国药集团和国药控股的疫苗都可以在 2 - 8 摄氏度的冰箱温度下保存。这使得这些疫苗的运输和储存成本更低，非常适合资源匮乏的国家。国药集团的疫苗也是第一种将携带疫苗瓶监测器的疫苗，这是一种在疫苗受热时会变色的贴纸。这样就可以更密切地监测疫苗是否可以安全使用。
