Tan Jee Lim 医生是新加坡鹰阁医院的矫形和骨外科医生。
他的临床意义包括前交叉韧带（ACL）手术、关节镜检查、软骨和韧带重建手术、髋关节范围和半月板修复手术。
Tan 医生于 1989 年在新加坡国立大学获得医学学士和外科学士学位。此后，他被英国爱丁堡皇家外科医师学会 (Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh) 和英国格拉斯哥皇家外科医师学会 (Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow) 录取为研究员。1999 年，Tan 医生在加拿大 Fowler Kennedy 运动医学诊所 (Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic) 完成了运动骨科研究，并被美国运动医学矫形学会 (American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine) 吸纳为研究员。
Tan 医生曾创办并领导新加坡樟宜综合医院的樟宜运动医学中心 (Changi Sports Medicine Centre)。他还创办了樟宜技能培训实验室 (Changi Skills Training Laboratory)，并担任东南亚首个软骨移植课程的课程主席。他还曾担任新加坡国立大学杨潞龄医学院的临床讲师。目前，他仍是樟宜综合医院和新加坡体育理事会 (Singapore Sports Council) 的客座顾问。
2002 年，Tan 医生被新加坡卫生部任命为新加坡软组织工程 (Singapore Soft Tissue Engineering) 项目主任，研究软骨移植和半月板移植的临床应用。作为项目主任，他利用尸体组织移植成功实施了东南亚首例半月板移植手术。
Tan 医生是运动医学认证委员会和联合委员会专家培训的成员，曾任新加坡医学院 (Academy of Medicine) 骨科外科医生分会专科委员会成员。
Tan 医生还一直活跃在本地体育界。他曾任新加坡运动药物协会 (Sports Medicine Association of Singapore) 主席，并担任新加坡国家足球队的队医。他还是新加坡足球协会 (Football Association of Singapore) 医学委员会的成员，也是新加坡外展训练营 (Outward Bound Singapore) 医学委员会的成员。
